Indian Metals & Ferro Alloys Closes Trading Window Ahead of Financial Results
Indian Metals & Ferro Alloys Ltd. announced the closure of its trading window for securities, effective April 1, 2026. The restriction applies to directors, key managerial persons, designated persons, and connected persons of the company.The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2026.
The date for the board meeting to review and approve the financial results will be announced subsequently.
