Consolidated Results (Q1 FY2027)

IndiaMART reported a Consolidated Revenue from Operations of Rs. 414 Crore, up from Rs. 372 Crore in the corresponding quarter last year, marking an 11% increase. The company also posted Net Profit for the quarter at Rs. 172 Crore and generated Rs. 163 Crore in Cash from Operations.

Consolidated Collections from Customer reached Rs. 463 Crore, showing an 8% growth year-on-year (YoY). Furthermore, Deferred Revenue as of June 30, 2026, stood at Rs. 2,014 Crore, representing a YoY increase of 16%. Cash and Investments balance stood at Rs. 3,553 Crore on the same date.

Standalone Results (Q1 FY2027)

On a standalone basis, IndiaMART recorded Revenue from Operations of Rs. 376 Crore, which is a 9% increase compared to Rs. 346 Crore in the previous year. This growth was attributed primarily to improvements in realization from paying suppliers.

Standalone Collections from Customer grew to Rs. 402 Crore, marking an 8% YoY rise. The company achieved an EBITDA of Rs. 149 Crore for the quarter, translating to an impressive margin of 40%. Net Profit for the standalone business segment was reported at Rs. 176 Crore.

Operational Insights and Management Commentary​

The operational activity within the marketplace saw significant increases during Q1 FY2027. IndiaMART recorded 26 million unique business enquiries. Supplier Storefronts grew to 8.8 million, an increase of 5% YoY, while the number of paying suppliers at the end of the quarter was 218K.
