India Lease Development Limited Announces Trading Window Closure
India Lease Development Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for directors, promoters, promoter group, connected persons, designated persons, and their immediate relatives. The closure, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, began on Wednesday, April 1, 2026.The trading window will remain closed for 48 hours following the public announcement of the company's standalone audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ending March 31, 2026. During this period, designated individuals are restricted from trading in the company’s securities.
The date for the board meeting to consider and approve the standalone audited financial results is yet to be announced. India Lease Development Limited's stock trades on the Bombay Stock Exchange under the scrip code 500202.
