Mumbai, India | Dallas, TX - March 18, 2026 - IKS Health, a global leader in care enablement solutions, has been recognized with three 2026 Black Book Research awards: AI-driven revenue cycle management (RCM) for a second year, medical coding for the fourth year in a row, and clinical documentation and AI services for 13 straight years.According to Black Book Research, continued market growth is anticipated across all three segments, driven by a broader shift toward outcomes-based contracting, integrated service delivery, and enterprise-grade accountability. 35% to 55% of surveyed providers expect to increase spending in AI-driven RCM in 2026, with 45% to 70% expecting further increases in 2027. Similarly, 35% to 55% of providers anticipate increased spending on outsourced coding in 2026, followed by 40% to 60% in 2027. Growth in clinical documentation services is expected to be fueled by clinician burden, complexity of specialty documentation, and ongoing investments in provider experience.
IKS Health ranked No. 1 in AI-driven RCM services, demonstrating excellence in claims processing optimization, denial prevention, and revenue integrity solutions. The ranking was based on a comprehensive survey of 1,037 respondents from health systems, hospitals, physician organizations and payers. IKS Health achieved the top ranking across nine out of 18 key performance indicators, including denial prevention, AI-driven revenue protection, reduction of administrative burden, and accuracy of AI-driven claim adjustments.
In medical coding, IKS Health was ranked No. 1 based on a survey of 1,037 respondents. The company led in nine out of 18 performance indicators, including code set change management, specialty depth, and quality assurance rigor.
For clinical documentation and AI services, IKS Health’s solutions ranked No. 1 in 14 performance indicators out of 1,146 users surveyed. Key areas of recognition included strategic alignment of client goals, innovation, and reliability.
