Over the years, the trust deed has been modified multiple times through various deeds, including those dated October 3, 2006; July 29, 2014; March 19, 2015; September 25, 2015; June 4, 2018, and March 18, 2019.
Through the modification process, the Board of Directors of ICRA Limited approved the resignation of Mr. PR Khanna from the Trust. Concurrently, a new trustee has been appointed to the trust.
This Deed amends and supplements the existing Trust Deed, ensuring that all other provisions of the original document remain in full force and effect. The modifications confirm the appointment of the new trustee and the cessation of the outgoing trustee's tenure.
