ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company Limited Appoints New Director, Announces Resignation​

ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company Ltd. announced on March 26, 2026, that the Board of Directors approved the appointment of Mr. Rajeev Mittal as a Non-Executive (Additional) Director, effective March 31, 2026. The Board also accepted the resignation of Mr. Guillermo Eduardo Maldonado-Codina, effective March 30, 2026.

Mr. Mittal is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and a member of the Board of Directors at Eastspring Investments Group, and serves on the Prudential Group Executive Committee (GEC). Prior to joining Eastspring in July 2025, he held leadership positions at Fidelity International and PineBridge Investments. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Bradford, UK. Mr. Mittal’s appointment is subject to shareholder approval.

The Board stated that Mr. Mittal is not debarred from holding the office of Director by any regulatory order.

Mr. Maldonado-Codina’s resignation was tendered on March 25, 2026.
