This restriction applies from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of these financial results.

The decision to maintain a closed trading window is based on the advanced status of account consolidation and auditing across various units and subsidiaries of HMT Limited.

Previously, the company had also communicated that trading would remain restricted following the closure period set for the quarter ending March 31, 2026, which was mandated from April 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of those results.
