The original obligations placed on HZL were related to the rescission of this Facility Agreement. As per the terms of that facility arrangement, Hindustan Zinc Limited was among the entities whose actions and activities were restricted unless specifically permitted within the parameters of the agreement.</p>
<p>The parties involved in the December 30, 2025, Facility Agreement included Vedanta Resources Limited as Borrower, and Twin Star Holdings Ltd., Vedanta Holdings Mauritius II Limited, and Welter Trading Limited as Guarantors. The financing arrangement was managed by Bank of Maharashtra IFSC Banking Unit and Bank of Maharashtra GIFT City Branch.</p>
<p>HZL confirmed that the company did not participate as a party in this particular Facility Agreement. The restrictions on Hindustan Zinc Limited, which were disclosed previously, are now released following the repayment of the facilities under the agreement.</p>
