Hind Rectifiers Limited announced that the board approved a bonus issue on February 11, 2026, and received shareholder approval on March 19, 2026.The deemed date of allotment for the bonus shares is March 30, 2026. According to a circular from the BSE Limited dated March 24, 2026, the listing and trading of the shares were initially expected to commence on March 31, 2026. However, due to March 31, 2026 being a trading holiday, the effective listing date has been adjusted to April 1, 2026.
April 1, 2026, will serve as the official effective listing date for the bonus shares.
