Him Teknoforge Ltd. Approves Resolutions via Postal Ballot
Chandigarh, March 19, 2026—Him Teknoforge Ltd. announced the results of its postal ballot, conducted on March 18, 2026, in relation to resolutions concerning the alteration of its Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association, and the approval of a material related party transaction.The resolutions were passed through a combination of E-Voting and Poll. A total of 5170 shareholders were on record as of the cut-off date of August 20, 2025.
Resolution Details:
The company’s shareholders approved the alteration of the Memorandum of Association with 4,813,621 votes in favor, representing 99.9243% of the votes polled on outstanding shares. For the alteration of the Articles of Association, 4,813,621 votes were also in favor, again representing 99.9988% of the votes polled. A resolution concerning a material related party transaction with Globe Precision Industries Pvt Ltd. also passed with 805,482 votes in favor, accounting for 99.9913% of votes polled.
There were no invalid votes recorded for any of the resolutions.
