Motilal Oswal Financial Services noted that the strong margin performance was a key driver behind the earnings beat achieved by Hero MotoCorp. The revenue growth, EBITDA, EBITDA margin, and profit all surpassed this domestic brokerage’s estimates.

However, Motilal Oswal also pointed out that gross margins contracted by 480 basis points (bps) YoY to 28.5%. This figure fell below the estimated 30.9%, despite the overall positive earnings outcome. Nonetheless, the brokerage maintains a 'Buy' call on the company's stock.
