The world's largest manufacturer of motorcycles and scooters established this presence through a distribution partnership with KSR Group to introduce a Euro 5+ compliant product portfolio.The company launched its entry with an event at Motorworld Metzingen, showcasing the performance and technology of its new lineup. This expansion builds on the existing presence of Hero MotoCorp in Italy, Spain, France, and the UK.
Distribution and After-Sales Support
To facilitate the rollout in Germany, KSR Group will initially utilize a network of more than 28 official sales and service outlets across major German cities. The group aims to establish a total of 30 sales points in the country as the network expands.A comprehensive network of authorized dealers and technical service centers will provide after-sales support. As part of the launch, Hero MotoCorp is offering an industry-leading five-year warranty, which consists of a three-year standard warranty and an additional two-year special launch offer.
