HDFC Asset Management Company Ltd. Schedules Board Meeting to Review FY26 Financial Results
HDFC Asset Management Company Ltd. announced that a board meeting is scheduled for April 16, 2026, to review the company’s financial performance. The board will consider and approve audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2026.During the meeting, the board will also consider a recommendation for a dividend for the financial year ending March 31, 2026. The results, along with auditor reports, will be submitted following SEBI regulations.
Trading in shares of the company will be closed for designated individuals and their immediate relatives from April 1, 2026, to April 18, 2026, inclusive, in accordance with the AMC Share Dealing Code and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
