The company reported robust growth figures for the quarter ended March 31, 2026. Net interest income increased by 21.6%, reaching ₹ 2,399 crore compared to ₹ 1,973 crore for the previous year quarter. Net total income rose 17.1%, standing at ₹ 3,063 crore, up from ₹ 2,616 crore in Q4FY25.Profit before tax demonstrated the strongest quarterly growth, increasing by 43.6% to ₹ 1,011 crore, compared to ₹ 704 crore in Q4FY25. Profit after tax (PAT) for the quarter increased 41.4% to ₹ 751 crore, up from ₹ 531 crore.
Loan losses and provisions saw an increase of 8.0%, totaling ₹ 685 crore, up from ₹ 634 crore the previous year.
Full Year and Asset Growth
For the full year ended March 31, 2026, the company reported PAT of ₹ 2,544 crore, an increase of 16.9% compared to the ₹ 2,176 crore recorded in the previous fiscal year.The company's asset base also expanded significantly during the year. Asset under management (AUM) stood at ₹ 1,18,733 crore as of March 31, 2026, showing a growth of 10.7% year-over-year. Similarly, the Gross Loan Book reached ₹ 1,18,493 crore, marking a 10.9% growth compared to ₹ 1,06,878 crore at the end of March 31, 2025.
Regarding asset quality, the Gross Stage 3 loans were recorded at 2.44% as of March 31, 2026, compared to 2.26% at the end of the previous year. The Provision Coverage ratio stood at 55.53% on stage 3 assets, slightly down from 55.95% reported on the same basis in March 2025.
