The proposed allottees, Mr. Rajesh Ghosh (Acquirer-1) and M/S. Dorni Vinimoy Pvt. Ltd. (Acquirer-2), will trigger an open offer process under SEBI (SAST) Regulations, 2011. Upon completion of the open offer, they will become the promoters of the company, and existing promoters will be reclassified as public shareholders.
