The closure, which aligns with the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's code on insider trading, will be effective from April 1, 2026.The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the public announcement of the company’s financial results for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2026. This measure is standard practice to prevent potential insider trading during periods when material information is pending release.
