Gujarat State Financial Corporation Announces Trading Window Closure
Gujarat State Financial Corporation (GSFC) has announced the closure of its trading window for securities, effective Tuesday, April 1, 2026. This action aligns with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the Corporation's own Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading.The trading window will remain closed for 48 hours following the declaration of GSFC's financial results for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2026.
The date for the Board meeting to consider and approve the audited financial results will be announced subsequently.
