Gujarat Energy Limited has completed the compensation of shareholders who were entitled to fractional entitlements following the Composite Scheme of Amalgamation and Arrangement involving several energy companies. These consolidated shares were allotted directly to IDBI Trusteeship Services Limited, appointed as the Independent Trustee.

The Trustee held these consolidated entitlements in trust for the benefit of Eligible Shareholders. The Trustee executed the sale of these fractional shares on July 20, 2026, at the market price. Following the sale and deduction of expenses, the Company completed the distribution of the net proceeds to the Eligible Shareholders on August 7, 2026, in proportion to their respective fractional entitlements after deducting applicable TDS.
