Patel Integrated Logistics Limited has confirmed that the GST Department has appealed a previous Order-in-Original regarding the company’s matters.The communication states that the Office of the Commissioner of CGST & Central Excise (Appeals), Thane, Mumbai, has intimated that an appeal has been preferred against the Order-in-Original No. 86/NP-27/DGGI/TH-CGST/2024-25 dated 04th February, 2025, which was passed by the Directorate General of GST Intelligence, Mumbai Zonal Unit.
