
Greenzo Energy has entered into a strategic agreement with Lord's Mark Industries to jointly develop clean energy projects across Uttar Pradesh, including the creation of a 60 MW green hydrogen capacity.
The collaboration marks a significant step toward expanding renewable energy infrastructure in the state, with both companies outlining clear roles in project execution and development.
Roles Defined for Technology, EPC and Investment
Under the agreement, Greenzo Energy will act as the technology and EPC partner. The company will handle engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning of the projects.Lord's Mark Industries will take on the role of project developer and investor. It will oversee financing, regulatory approvals, overall project development, and commercial structuring.
The structured partnership is designed to combine technical expertise with development and funding capabilities to accelerate clean energy deployment in Uttar Pradesh.
60 MW Green Hydrogen Capacity Across Key Cities
The two companies plan to develop approximately 60 MW of green hydrogen capacity. The projects will also include integrated solar rooftop installations coupled with battery energy storage systems.These initiatives will be rolled out across key locations in Uttar Pradesh, including Gorakhpur, Aligarh, Jhansi, and Lucknow.
The integrated model aims to strengthen renewable energy generation while supporting storage-backed clean power solutions in urban and industrial clusters.
Builds on Rs 2,000 Crore Renewable Energy Commitment
The collaboration builds on Lord's Mark Industries' earlier Memorandum of Understanding with the Government of Uttar Pradesh for renewable energy development. That earlier agreement involves an estimated investment of over Rs 2,000 crore in the state.The current partnership adds a focused green hydrogen component to the broader renewable energy roadmap.
