The report designated the facility with a Voluntary Action Indicated (VAI) classification.The inspection of the Chantilly facility was conducted between March 30 and April 3, 2026, during which four Form 483 observations were issued.
This U.S.-based facility is integral to Granules' broader global manufacturing and supply network. The outcome underscores the company’s ongoing commitment to maintaining high standards of quality, regulatory compliance, and patient safety across its operations in both India and the United States.
