Goodyear India Limited Announces Leadership Changes
Goodyear India Limited announced changes to its leadership team on March 24, 2026. The company confirmed the resignation of Mr. Abhishek Arora from the position of Director - Human Resource, India, effective April 20, 2026, as he pursues external growth opportunities. Mr. Arora will also cease to be a Senior Management Personnel of the Company on the same date.To fill the vacancy, Goodyear India Limited has appointed Mr. Vishal Dhingra as HR Director, South Asia, effective April 21, 2026. Mr. Dhingra will also serve as a Senior Management Personnel.
Mr. Dhingra brings over 25 years of experience as a Human Resources professional to the role. He previously held the position of Director HR - India and currently serves as HR Director - ASEANZ within Goodyear. Prior to joining Goodyear in July 2020, Mr. Dhingra held leadership positions at PepsiCo, GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare Limited, Eicher Tractors, and Ballarpur Industries Limited.
