Addressing fractional entitlement, the company specified that 26,700 bonus equity shares representing fractional entitlements have been consolidated and allotted to a nominee appointed by the Board. The nominee is tasked with selling these specific shares at the prevailing market rate and subsequently distributing the net sale proceeds among the eligible members in proportion to their respective fractional entitlements after adjusting for costs and expenses. These proceeds will be transferred to the shareholder’s bank account, as registered with their depository participant, following the sale.
