Mumbai, February 03, 2026: Godrej Properties Limited (GODREJPROP) announced sales exceeding ₹1,000 crore at the launch of its premium plotted development project, Evora Estate, in Panipat, marking a strong entry into the Haryana city’s residential market.
The company has sold over 600 plots since the project’s launch in December 2025, covering nearly 8 lakh square feet of saleable area. This is Godrej Properties’ first project in Panipat and its most successful plotted development launch to date in terms of sales value.
Evora Estate is located in Sector 40, Panipat, along the NH-44A corridor. Spread across 43 acres, the project features a Mediterranean-themed layout, a luxury clubhouse, and multiple lifestyle amenities. The development represents the company’s fourth residential plotted township in North India.
Panipat has been emerging as a residential micro-market, supported by sustained infrastructure upgrades, improved connectivity via NH-44, and a strengthening transport and industrial network. These factors have steadily enhanced the city’s attractiveness as a residential destination in North India.
Commenting on the development, Gaurav Pandey, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, said the strong response to Evora Estate reflects rising customer preference for thoughtfully planned residential communities in emerging markets. He added that the company remains focused on creating high-quality and sustainable living environments as it expands its presence across Haryana.
The Panipat project further strengthens Godrej Properties’ growth momentum, aligned with its strategy of expanding through design-led, scalable, and sustainability-focused residential developments across key Indian markets.
