GNG Electronics Limited Receives GST Order​

GNG Electronics Limited announced it received an Order-in-Original from the Office of the Principal Commissioner of CGST & Central Excise, Mumbai East. The order, reference number ME/ADC/KK/262/GST/2025-26, was received through email on March 30, 2026.

The order pertains to the availment and utilization of Input Tax Credit (ITC) between April 1, 2019, and March 31, 2024. The assessment includes a Goods and Services Tax (GST) demand of Rs. 34,097,749 and a penalty of Rs. 34,235,213.

GNG Electronics Limited states that the order is not expected to have a material financial impact on the company and will not affect its operations. The company plans to appeal the order.
