Globe Civil Projects Ltd. has announced the closure of its trading window for securities, effective Wednesday, April 1, 2026. This action is in accordance with the company’s Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders, and in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the company’s audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. During this period, designated persons and their immediate relatives are prohibited from trading in the company's securities.
