Global Surfaces Limited Reports Inter-se Transfer of Equity Shares​

Global Surfaces Limited announced an off-market inter-se transfer of equity shares among members of its Promoter Group. The transaction, which occurred on March 20, 2026, involved a transfer of 845,906 equity shares, representing 2.00% of the company’s paid-up equity share capital.

The transfer involved the dissolution of M/s. Vatsankit Shah Trust, which previously held the shares, and the transfer of those shares to Vatsankit Shah, the sole beneficiary of the trust.
