Ganesh Infraworld Limited Launches Equipment Leasing Division, Secures Initial Order

Ganesh Infraworld Limited has commenced its Equipment Leasing Division, marking a strategic expansion into providing high-value equipment assets on a long-term lease basis to institutional and other customers.

The company is procuring a fleet of aerial work platforms and related equipment valued at Rs. 70,56,00,625/- (inclusive of applicable taxes) from Dingli AWP India Private Limited. The fleet will include boom lifts, scissor lifts, vertical lifts and mobile elevating work platforms.

Ganesh Infraworld Limited has secured a leasing order of approximately Rs. 35,74,88,748/- for a period of 3 years related to these assets. This order signifies the operational start of the company's equipment leasing vertical. The arrangement is projected to generate a stable annuity-style revenue stream, with an estimated payback period of around 5 years. This projection is contingent on financing, asset utilization, customer performance, and other customary business factors.

The company anticipates that this new division will contribute to long-term growth and improve visibility of recurring revenues.
