Prachi Bhartia, Company Secretaries (C.P No. 22964), was appointed as the Secretarial Auditor for a period of five consecutive years, commencing from Financial Year 2026-27 until Financial Year 2030-31, subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting.
