Mumbai: Gandhar Oil Refinery (India) Ltd announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026, reporting a record quarterly net profit exceeding ₹ 200 crore. The company noted that this strong performance was achieved despite operating within a dynamic and challenging external environment.The consolidated revenue increased by 92% year-on-year, reaching ₹ 1,732 crore. Furthermore, the Gross Margin Spread expanded 3.4 times compared to Q1 FY26, standing at ₹ 28,145 per kiloliter (kl).
In terms of operational performance, overall volumes improved by 8% year-on-year. The company also declared an Interim Dividend equivalent to 100% of Face Value.
