Kolkata – March 25, 2026 – Gajanan Securities Services Limited announced that its step-down subsidiaries, Doreman Distributors Private Limited and Chaturbhuj Agencies Private Limited, have transferred equity share investments to promoters of the company. The transactions involved the disposal of shares in several private limited companies.The transfers were made to Suman Agarwal and Vinay Kumar Agarwal, both identified as promoters of Gajanan Securities Services Limited.
