Fedbank Financial Services Ltd. announced the allotment of unsecured, rated, subordinated, listed, redeemable, non-convertible debentures for an aggregate sum of ₹450 crores on a private placement basis.

The company had previously received shareholder approval for the issuance of debentures on a private placement basis not exceeding ₹2,500 crores. The Board of Directors finalized the terms for the issuance of up to 50,000 debentures with a face value of ₹1,00,000 each, aggregating up to ₹500,00,00,000. The allotment was approved through a circular resolution dated March 24, 2026.

The allotment includes:
  • 25,000 debentures with a face value of ₹1,00,000 each, aggregating to ₹250,00,00,000, with a tenor of 7 years and 7 months and a fixed coupon of 8.85% per annum payable annually ('Series I Debentures').
  • 20,000 debentures with a face value of ₹1,00,000 each, aggregating to ₹200,00,00,000, with a tenor of 7 years and 8 months and a fixed coupon of 8.90% per annum payable annually ('Series II Debentures').
The debentures are listed on the BSE Limited.
