The acquisition finalized on May 21, 2026, resulting in Farmico acquiring 22,81,615 equity shares, which represents 74.64% of Simandhar Impex's paid-up equity share capital.The completion of this share purchase agreement means that the Acquirer has gained substantial shareholding, voting rights, and effective control over the company.
Following the acquisition and the open offer process, Farmico International Private Limited, along with Mr. Chandraprakash Wadhwani—the individual exercising control over Farmico—has become part of the Promoter and Promoter Group of Simandhar Impex Ltd.
