Fabino Enterprises Ltd., formerly known as Fabino Life Sciences Ltd., announced the closure of its trading window for securities, effective Wednesday, April 1, 2026. The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the company's audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2026.This measure is in accordance with the company’s code of conduct for preventing insider trading, as stipulated by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) regulations.
The date for a board meeting to consider and approve the financial results will be communicated at a later time.
