Max Healthcare Institute Ltd. announced that ET Planners Private Limited, a step-down wholly-owned subsidiary, has been dissolved, according to an order passed by the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) New Delhi Bench on March 25, 2026. The order was received by the company on the same date.The voluntary liquidation of ET Planners was initiated following a board meeting on September 6, 2024, and a special resolution passed by the members on September 11, 2024. The company's authorized share capital was Rs. 1,00,00,000 divided into 10,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each, with a paid-up share capital of Rs. 1,16,620 divided into 11,662 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
The liquidation will not affect any business or accounting policies and is not expected to have a material impact on the financials of Max Healthcare Institute Ltd. Creditors totaling Rs. 41,72,45,487 have provided a no-objection certificate for the transfer of their claims.
