Ester Industries Limited announced changes to its leadership structure following a board meeting held on March 26, 2026.Mr. Arvind Singhania has been redesignated from Managing Director (formerly Chairman & Chief Executive Officer) to Non-Executive Non-Independent Director and Chairman of the Board, effective at the close of business hours on March 26, 2026, pending shareholder approval. Simultaneously, Mr. Vaibhav Jha has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer, effective March 27, 2026.
The company has also initiated a postal ballot to seek approval from its shareholders.
