The collaboration aims to launch the EarlyWage-Access program, providing financial relief and salary advance services to the employees of the healthcare company.The EarlyWage-Access program is designed to offer instant financial assistance by allowing employees to access parts of their salaries seamlessly throughout the month.
In line with its vision to expand its product offerings and serve a large retail customer base, the company has been developing a salary advance solution. This product entails establishing tie-ups with employers to provide short-term loans structured as salary advances. These amounts are subsequently collected through salary deduction mechanisms.
