Emerald Finance Limited Partners with 30 Corporates for Early Wage Access and Surpasses ₹ 375 Cr in Gold Loan Disbursements in Q4 FY26​

Chandigarh, March 31, 2026 – Emerald Finance Limited (BSE: EMERALD), a financial services company, announced partnerships with 30 corporates/firms to offer its Early Wage Access (EWA) program and surpassed ₹ 375.00 Cr in gold loan disbursements during the fourth quarter of FY26.

Expansion of Earned Wage Access Platform​

During Q4 FY26, Emerald Finance Limited partnered with 30 corporates/firms to offer its Early Wage Access program. Eligible employees can access a portion of their earned salary during the month through a structured salary advance model, which is recovered through payroll deductions.

Gold Loan Syndication Surpasses ₹ 375 Cr​

Emerald Finance Limited, along with its subsidiary, Eclat Net Advisors Private Limited, disbursed gold loans aggregating to over ₹ 375.00 Cr during Q4 FY26. These disbursements were primarily undertaken in association with ICICI Bank Limited, HDFC Bank Limited, RBL Bank Limited, and Muthoot Finance Limited.

Mr. Sanjay Aggarwal, Managing Director of Emerald Finance Limited, stated that the addition of 30 employer partners for the Early Wage Access program demonstrates the growing demand for employee-centric financial solutions. He also noted that crossing ₹ 375 Cr in gold loan syndication in a single quarter reflects the company's growing capabilities and established relationships with leading financial institutions.

For Consolidated FY25, the company reported Total Income of ₹ 21.63 Cr, EBITDA of ₹ 15.07 Cr & Net Profit of ₹ 8.89 Cr on a consolidated basis.
