
Emami Limited Announces Changes in Senior Management
Kolkata – March 25, 2026 – Emami Limited announced changes to its senior management personnel today.Effective March 25, 2026, Dhruv Aggarwal has been appointed as Chief Growth Officer. Aggarwal holds a Post Graduate Degree in Business Management from IIM - Bangalore and an undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign. He brings 20 years of experience in growth strategy consulting and project management, previously serving as a Partner at Bain & Company.
Simultaneously, Giriraj Bagri resigned from his role as Chief Growth Officer, effective March 25, 2026. Bagri will serve out his notice period to ensure a smooth transition.
In a communication to Sonali Sarkar and Biplob Banerjee, Bagri expressed gratitude for the opportunity at Emami and stated his intention to pursue opportunities outside the organization.
