Operational Highlights and Exceptional Items​

Both the standalone and consolidated reports noted several exceptional items that impacted the earnings during the reporting periods.

The company faced a fire incident in one of its godowns on May 29, 2025, which resulted in significant inventory damage valued at ₹81.72 million during the quarter ended June 30, 2025, which was written off as an exceptional item. The Company subsequently received full and final settlement of an insurance claim for ₹75.27 million during the quarter ended December 31, 2025, which was recognized as an exceptional income.

Additionally, concerning asset disposal, a total consideration of ₹6.65 million from the disposal of four retail stores located in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh was recognized as an exceptional item during the year ended March 31, 2026.

The reports also noted one-time impacts related to labour law changes. For the quarter ending December 31, 2025, a one-time impact of ₹42.63 million in compliance with Ind AS 19 regarding changes in employee benefit obligations was recorded as an exceptional item. Subsequently, the Holding Company restructured compensation leading to a reversal of this labour code impact totaling ₹40.87 million for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026.
