Effwa Infra & Research Limited announced it has secured a contract from JSW Steel Coated Products Limited, Dhar, for a Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) based Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) project. The contract includes manufacture, supply, supervision services, design, engineering, supply, supervision of installation, commissioning, and operation & maintenance (O&M) of the plant.The total contract value is ₹35.54 Crores, comprising ₹31.93 Crores for supply and services, and ₹3.60 Crores for O&M over three years, excluding GST. The project execution is expected to take 10-12 months, followed by a three-year O&M period.
Neither the promoter group nor any group companies have an interest in JSW Steel Coated Products Limited, and the contract does not constitute a related party transaction.
