The appointment was made during a board meeting held on March 21, 2026, and is subject to shareholder approval at the next general meeting.CA Shri Uttam Prakashji Agarwal (DIN: 00272983) brings three decades of experience in taxation, finance, and restructuring. His background includes statutory audits, concurrent audits, and special audits for various organizations, including public sector banks and petroleum companies. He has also served as a Technical Advisor on the boards of government and non-government organizations. Agarwal previously served as President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) in 2009-10.
Mr. Agarwal is not related to any director, key managerial person, or promoter of Eco Recycling Ltd.
