Dwarikesh Sugar Industries Limited Announces Trading Window Closure​

Dwarikesh Sugar Industries Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for designated individuals, effective Wednesday, April 1, 2026. This action aligns with the company’s Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders and is in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.

The trading window closure applies to all Designated Persons, including Directors and designated employees, as well as their immediate relatives. The window will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026.
