DSM Fresh Foods Board Approves Loans, Guarantees Up to Rs 100 Crores, Sets Dates for EGM​

DSM Fresh Foods Ltd (formerly known as DSM Fresh Foods Private Limited) announced key decisions made by its Board of Directors at the meeting held on June 26, 2026. The board approved several significant measures including granting powers related to loans and guarantees, setting up an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM), and approving certain related party transactions.

The primary financial approval concerns obtaining a Special Resolution from members. The Board consented to the proposal for securing grants, guarantees, and or securities amounting to an aggregate limit of Rs 100 Crores.

  • Setting July 18, 2026, as the Cut off Date for determining members eligible to vote via remote e-voting.
  • Approving the appointment of Ms Kanika, Proprietor of M/s Kanika & Associates, a Practising Company Secretary, to serve as Scrutinizer for the EGM and its associated remote e-voting process.

The Board also approved entering into related party transactions in accordance with relevant company provisions, subject to applicable approvals.

Stock Price Movement​

DSM Fresh Foods Ltd shares settled at ₹80.91 on Thursday, ticking up 0.10%. The stock experienced movement throughout the session, trading between an intraday low of ₹80.10 and a high of ₹82.90.
