DS Kulkarni Developers Limited has successfully completed the acquisition of a 100% equity stake in M/s Moonbrick Realty Private Limited. The transaction, which involves the purchase of the entire equity holding, was finalized on July 13, 2026.The completion of this acquisition follows an earlier intimation dated July 7, 2026, concerning the execution of the Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) for acquiring Moonbrick.
Following the successful closure of the deal, DS Kulkarni Developers Limited now holds complete ownership of Moonbrick Realty Private Limited, making it a wholly owned subsidiary of the parent company.
