The meeting is scheduled for Thursday, April 30, 2026.During this board meeting, the primary agenda includes the consideration and approval of the Audited (Standalone and Consolidated) Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and the full Financial Year ended on March 31, 2026.
In addition to the financial results review, the Board of Directors will also consider and recommend the declaration of a Final Dividend, if any, on the company's Equity Shares for the Financial Year 2025-26.
