Dr. Agarwal’s Health Care Limited announced that Idearx Services Private Limited has ceased to be an associate of the company, effective March 30, 2026. This follows an amendment to the Shareholders’ Agreement previously disclosed on February 3, 2026, and a subsequent amendment to the Articles of Association of Idearx.Despite the change in associate status, Dr. Agarwal’s Health Care Limited continues to hold a 14.54% stake in the total equity share capital of Idearx. The company retains all shareholder rights as stipulated by the Companies Act, 2013, and other applicable laws.
