New Delhi, April 7 Jubilant Foodworks Ltd (JFL), the country's leading quick service restaurant (QSR) chain operator, reported a 6.2 per cent increase in domestic revenue to Rs 1,686 crore in the March quarter of the 2025-26 fiscal year.

For the full fiscal year, revenue reached Rs 6,887.8 crore, according to the Bhartiya-promoted firm, which holds franchise rights for global QSR brands such as Domino's and Popeyes.

Consolidated revenue, which includes income from international operations, stood at Rs 2,505.8 crore in the March quarter, a 19.1 per cent year-on-year increase. The company's FY26 operational revenue was Rs 9,544.1 crore, a 17.2 per cent year-on-year increase, it stated in a BSE filing.

"During the quarter, 69 new stores were added to the JFL group network, bringing the total store count to 3,663 by the end of the quarter," it said.

JFL added 59 new Domino's India stores, ending the quarter with 2,455 stores. This makes it the second-largest global network of the Michigan, US-based multinational pizza restaurant chain.

Domino's Turkey added 4 new stores, ending the quarter with 787 stores.

According to JFL, this quarterly update is provisional and subject to limited review/audit by statutory auditors.

Established in 1995, JFL's QSR network spans across six markets: India, Turkey, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Azerbaijan, and Georgia.

The group has a portfolio of global brands, including Domino's and Popeyes, as well as its own brands Hong's Kitchen and COFFY (a CAF brand) in Turkey.

Earlier this month, JFL announced that it had decided not to renew its franchise agreement with Dunkin' and would be closing Dunkin' stores in a phased manner.

The Multiple Unit Development Franchise Agreement (MUDFA) dated February 24, 2011, between JFL and Dunkin' will expire on December 31, 2026.

However, JFL has renewed its exclusive franchise rights with Domino's Pizza International Franchising Inc "to develop and operate Domino's Pizza stores in India" for 15 years, with an option for further renewal for an additional 10 years.
