
Dishman Carbogen Amcis Ltd. Board Approves Debt Issue of Up to ₹150 Crores
Dishman Carbogen Amcis Limited announced that its Board of Directors approved the issuance of Senior, Secured, Rated, Listed, Redeemable, Transferable, Taxable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) aggregating up to ₹150 crores in a meeting held on March 18, 2026.The company plans to issue up to 10,000 NCDs with a face value of ₹1,00,000 each, totaling up to ₹100 crores, and an additional 5,000 NCDs with the same face value, aggregating up to ₹50 crores.
The issuance will be on a private placement basis in one or more tranches. The allotment date for the ₹50 crore tranche is scheduled for March 27, 2026, while the first tranche of the ₹100 crore issue is slated for March 30, 2026. The maturity date for the ₹50 crore tranche is March 26, 2028, and the maturity date for the ₹100 crore tranche is September 29, 2027. Both tranches offer a coupon rate of 10.00% with quarterly interest payments.
The NCDs will be secured by a lien over a fixed deposit and a charge over property belonging to Dishman Infrastructure Limited. The securities will be listed on the Wholesale Debt Market Segment of BSE Limited.
