DIC India Limited confirmed receiving an order from the Joint Commissioner of Commercial Taxes (Appeals-8), Bangalore. The order, received on April 9, 2026, confirms and upholds an original adjudication order passed by the Deputy Commissioner of Commercial Taxes (Audit)-4.9, DGSTO-04, Bangalore. This matter relates to the tax period spanning July 2017 to March 2018.

The confirmation relates to a demand order issued under Section 107(11) of the KGST Act, 2017, concerning alleged discrepancies in GST filings.

The total demand confirmed by the Joint Commissioner of Commercial Taxes (Appeals-8), Bangalore, amounts to Rs.17,32,208/-. This figure comprises the following components:

ComponentAmount
